WHO WE ARE
We're the Local Wing of the Democratic Party
The Shirley Democratic Town Committee works to promote our values in Shirley and surrounding communities. We hold public forums, promote candidates, and hold caucuses during which we select our delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic Party State Convention.

Join us!
The Shirley DTC is dedicated to economic and social justice; fair
taxation and responsible spending; environmental protection; affordable healthcare for all; and, government,
corporate, and individual responsibility. Learn about joining the Shirley DTC, becoming a delegate to the State Democratic convention, and/or volunteering for local candidates and causes.
CANVASSING FOR CANDIDATES
We work on grassroots campaigns to elect Democrats in local, state and national elections. We do phone banking, postcard writing, canvassing, and even host debates and debate watch parties!

CAUCUSING
We caucus to elect Delegates to attend the Massachusetts Democratic Party State Convention, and participate in activist training workshops.
